A swimming instructor has been convicted of sexually touching young girls during lessons at a London pool. Emmanuel Brown, of Forest Gate, was found guilty at Wood Green Crown Court on December 5 of three counts of sexual assault by touching on the children, all of whom were under the age of 13.
He will be sentenced at the same venue on February 27, 2023.
The court was told Brown ran swimming lessons at the Northumberland Park swimming pool, N17.
He had been a swimming instructor since 1995. In June and July 2020, two separate complaints were lodged by girls who were taught by Brown.
Afterwards, a third girl also claimed Brown sexually assaulted her during their lessons.
