Emmerdale fans ‘fuming’ as Kerry gets away with factory fire that killed Frank

EMMERDALE fans have been left “fuming” after Kerry Wyatt let Frank Clayton be framed for the factory fire that claimed his life.

Viewers are aware that Kerry and her daughter Amy are the real culprits behind the blaze, causing the accident when they tried to delete CCTV footage that showed Kerry steal from the safe.

Fans slammed Kerry’s cold-hearted reaction to the news

Frank tragically died in an explosion after he saved his daughter Tracy from the burning building.

Last night’s episode of the show revealed that authorities have now closed the investigation because they believe that Frank is their suspect as they couldn’t explain why else he was at the building.

Jai Sharma told Kerry the latest developments, and fans were horrified when she said that it was “great” the person responsible had been found – despite her and Amy’s guilt.

She then rushed to tell Amy the good news, but she has been left more troubled than her mum by the incident.

Shocked viewers flocked to social media to slam Kerry’s reaction – with many furious that she and Amy would let their victim take the rap.

One wrote: “Fuming Kerry and Amy are getting away with it…”

Another added: “Kerry is such a selfish bitch and Amy isn’t much better.”

A third said: “So annoying that Kerry is getting away with murder.”

Amy and Kerry were actually the ones responsible

One critic moaned: “Noone ever pays for any crimes, poor Frank!!!”

Disgruntled fans previously pointed out a huge blunder in the ITV soap as they claimed that village police should have worked out that they were the people responsible.

Several pointed out that authorities would have found forensic evidence that pointed the finger at the two women.
