A clip of Prince Harry looking gleeful and relieved has been included in the latest trailer released by Netflix. The video shows the Duke of Sussex with an aeroplane pillow around his neck speaking straight into what seems to be his phone’s camera. In what appears to be one of the Sussexes’ video diaries that have been included in the six-part docu-series, Harry said: “We are on the freedom flight.”
It isn’t clear to which flight the Duke of Sussex refers.
Prior in the clip, he mentioned his decision to leave the Firm and the country, saying: “I wonder what would have happened to us, had we not gone out when we did.”
Later in the trailer, the Duke can also be heard saying: “To see this institutional gaslighting.”
The teaser doesn’t provide more context regarding this claim, likely aiming to draw in viewers ahead of the release of the second and final part of its docu-series Harry & Meghan.
The show debuted on December 8, when its first three episodes were released. This Thursday, hours before senior members of the Royal Family are to gather at Westminster Abbey for a special Christmas carol service, the world will hear Duke and Duchess of Sussex speaking about what brought them to leave the Firm and the UK.
Much like the clips released over the past few weeks, this trailer includes several never-before-seen pictures of Meghan, Harry and their two children – Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana and Archie Harrison.
Little Archie, three, can be seen running in a cornfield before being hugged by his mother in one heartwarming scene.
Lili, who turned one in June, is shown being aided as she seems to be learning how to walk.
Alongside these wholesome family images, which also include bike rides and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in their home, the trailer features two explosive claims.

Without explaining who she was speaking about, the Duchess of Sussex said: “I wasn’t being thrown to the wolves. I was being fed to the wolves.”
Later in the video, the Duke of Sussex said: “They were happy to lie to protect my brother, they were never willing to tell the truth to protect us.”
Neither Netflix nor Harry went into further detail to explain who he was referring to.
In the first three episodes of the documentary, Meghan and Harry took aim mostly at the media scrutiny they experienced as working royals and at paparazzi.
DON’T MISS
The latest episode released so far ended with Meghan and Harry discussing the fallout between the Duchess and her father Thomas Markle Snr just days before her wedding.
The last instalment of the programme has been tipped to be focused on the pair’s nuptials, the birth of their first son Archie and their exit from the Firm.
