Jeffrey Epstein victim’s grieving sister claims paedo’s Brit ‘madam’ Ghislaine Maxwell lured her in with promise of the high-life

THE grieving sister of a Jeffrey Epstein victim has insisted the paedo’s alleged “madam” lured her into his trap with the promise of living the high-life.

Selby Patrick accused Brit socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of “recruiting” her late twin sis Skye to fulfil the perv’s sick fantasies aged just 16.

Skye, who went on to die from a drug overdose aged 29, was among several youngsters encouraged to visit the disgraced financier’s Florida mansion.

Maxwell strongly denies any wrongdoing.

They were promised a fun time spent hanging out in the company of a mega-rich playboy at his luxury palace.

But the helpless teenager was left disgusted after Epstein offered her a massage and $300 (£249) to take off her top, the Mirror reports.

He then told her to take off her bra – before trying to rip it off himself.

She kept going back to his house, but all the cash did was provide Skye with cash for drink and then drugs. It was like he was handing her a death sentence

Selby told the paper how Skye was left so sickened by the abuse that she once said of Epstein: “He scared the life out of me.”

Skye and a friend who also visited the beast’s sex palace later got $50,000 (£41,000) settlements.

But tragically, the mum-of-one used that money to turn to drink and drugs – and died of a heroin overdose just weeks before her 30th birthday.

Vengeful Selby, 36, who adopted her sister’s five-year-old son Jayden after her death in 2017, said it was the lure of the pervert’s cash that drove her to her death.

She said: “It was the money. She kept going back to his house, but all the cash did was provide Skye with cash for drink and then drugs.

“It was like he was handing her a death sentence.”

And laying the blame with Epstein’s sick accomplices, Selby added: “All those who helped Epstein should be locked up.”

She spoke out just days after the apparent suicide of the warped tycoon in his New York jail cell while facing sex trafficking charges.

Now, Selby believes Maxwell, 57, the youngest daughter of disgraced publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell, should be tracked down and forced to answer questions about her alleged role for former lover Epstein.

Maxwell has always denied any wrongdoing.

Bank supervisor Selby added: “Epstein has robbed all the victims of justice by taking the easy way out, but there are still those who helped him.

“They should be locked up and the key thrown away.”

It was Ghislaine, or Gillian as the girls knew her, who recruited Skye’s friends into his world

Her plea for justice comes after another Epstein accuser Jennifer Araoz yesterday sued his estate and Maxwell under the Child Victims Act.

She claims she was only 14 when she was coaxed by a “recruiter” and raped by Epstein in his New York mansion.

Ghislaine has gone into hiding since Epstein killed himself aged 66 – pushing the spotlight onto co-conspirators in the sex trafficking case.

She was said to have been shacked up at a secluded mansion in Manchester-by-the-Sea with tech CEO Scott Borgerson, 43.

But Borgerson, who admitted he knew Maxwell, denied that she was in his house last night.

He said: “I am travelling abroad for business. Ghislaine Maxwell is not at my home and I don’t know where she is.”

US Attorney General Bill Barr issued a stark warning to Epstein’s cronies on Monday and made clear that investigators were coming for them.

He said they “should not rest easy” – and that they would now be at the centre of the criminal investigation.

Prince Andrew has vehemently denied claims struck from US court records that he had sex with Epstein’s ‘sex slave’ Virginia Roberts when she was 17 in 2001[/caption]

Maxwell has previously been accused of being Epstein’s “madam” by his alleged teen sex slave Virginia Roberts.

Virginia, who now goes by the surname Giuffre, said in a 2015 court case that Maxwell “recruited” her for sex aged 15 when she worked at Mar-a-Lago – Donald Trump’s Palm Beach resort.

In court papers, Virginia said: “Maxwell’s role was as the ‘madam’. She got me to trust her and Epstein.

“It turned out Maxwell was all about sex all the time.”

Maxwell, who has never been arrested for any offence related to Epstein’s crimes, has always strenuously denied the claims.

She was pictured in a notorious photo with 17-year-old Virginia and Epstein’s pal Prince Andrew in 2001.

The snap, which shows a grinning Duke of York grasping the teenager by her bare midriff, has come to symbolise the Epstein scandal.

Andrew was accused in court documents filed in 2015 of being “lent” alleged “sex slave” Virginia for sex when she was 17 – claims he vehemently denies.

The explosive manuscript was among a 2,000-page tranche of files released on Friday – just hours before Epstein was found hanged in his cell.

Another woman, Joanna Sjoberg, accused Andrew, 59, of groping her at Epstein’s £62m New York mansion when she was 21.

All the allegations were struck from the record in 2015 after a US judge dismissed them as “immaterial”.

Buckingham Palace said at the time: “It is emphatically denied the Duke of York had any form of sexual contact or relationship with Virginia Roberts.

“Any claim to the contrary is false and without foundation.”

After the recent release of papers it said: “This relates to proceedings in the US, to which the Duke of York is not a party.

“Any suggestion of impropriety with underage minors is categorically untrue.”
