Following the crash, the sixteen injured were transferred to two clinics in the city. Some have since been discharged, the ministry said.
Among the injured were Juliet Mary Clard, Adrien Raphael Colotte and Luc Arthur Lecuyer Tom from France; María Cecilia Luis and Pedro Rubén Batuecas from Argentina; Greek tourists Myrto Arvaniti and Sofianos Andrea, the latter of whom has been discharged.
Spaniard Irene Manaun Camarillo was also injured, along with Jip Dekker from the Netherlands, Canadian Hugo Stelwagen Marijn and two Israelis Kfir Givony and Tamuz Hana Weinberger. Dekker and Marijn have also been discharged.
Another Canadian, Floya Francis Alexander Jones, remains in intensive care at the Peruano Suiza Clinic in Cusco.
