Mike Tindall recalled a hilarious moment with his mother-in-law Princess Anne while appearing on ITV’s I’m A Celebrity.. Get Me Out Of Here. The former rugby World Cup winner, who is currently appearing on the hit British TV show spoke about an embarrassing moment with the senior member of the Royal Family at his wife’s 30th birthday.
Married to King Charles’s niece Zara Tindall, Mike recalled turning red-cheeked after “sl*t dropping” in front of the royal.
Speaking during Monday’s episode of the show, Tindall said the blunder happened at his wife’s 30th birthday party, which was 70s-themed.
He said: “I was dancing on the dance floor, I had like flares on, full outfit but it was quite tight, nothing ever fits – rugby player’s bum and legs – so I was dancing with my mother-in-law and I did a sl*t drop in front of my mother-in-law.”
He added: “Ripped my trousers, straight in front of her. It happened to be that the boxers that I had on at that time said ‘nibble my nuts’.”
“As I’ve turned round, she’s gone, ‘I’d rather not.’ I’ve gone, ‘I’m going,’ and walked off.”
The 2022 series, the first to be set in Australia since the start of the Covid pandemic, began on November 6 on ITV.
Upon entering the Australian bush for I’m A Celebrity…, Tindall told The Sun he was looking forward to the adventure.
He said: “I was always on the fence, but I do think it will be good fun at the end of the day.

“One wonders if the Queen was still alive, and knowing how close Zara was to her grandmother, whether she might have actually had a conversation [about her husband appearing] saying, ‘Granny, just so you know…’ I think that’s much more likely than not.”
