'Performance of his life' Choir boy steals hearts of the nation at Queen's funeral

The choir at Westminster Abbey were tasked with singing a number of meaningful hymns throughout the service.

The songs are said to of harked back to the Queen’s happy times, as they were played at her Coronation and on her wedding day with the late Prince Philip.

One of the hymns sung was the Lord’s My Shepherd, which was sung by a choir at Her Majesty’s wedding to Prince Philip in the same abbey in 1947.

Users on social media have been reacting to the young boy’s passionate singing.
