Piers Morgan, 54, certainly had something to say when it was reported Meghan Markle, 38, and Prince Harry, 34, took their three-month-old son, Archie, on a relaxing holiday to the Balearic Islands.
The Good Morning Britain host made a dig at the royal couple for allegedly using a private jet to fly off to Ibiza.
It comes as Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to vocalise their views on global warming, with the latter recently saying they are only going to have two children to help the environment.
Retweeting an article regarding their reported break, Piers wrote: “Saving the planet, one private jet at a time.”
Many of Piers’ 6.7 million followers were divided by his comments with some bored of him hitting out at the royal pair.
One person said: “Jesus… again with this. Can’t you get a new hobby?”
“Oh Piers, pick on someone else for a change,” another wrote.
A third said: “I’m sorry, should they have gone commercial? Military? Bus? What am I missing? Oh, your hatred for Meghan… got it…”
However, one differed in opinion and agreed with Piers, saying: “Utterly ludicrous! If you’re going to take private jets, fine but then don’t preach about climate change. Hopeless!”
“Nothing wrong with highlighting pure hypocrisy,” said another.
Megan and Harry reportedly enjoyed a six-day break on the Spanish island, according to the Majorca Daily Bulletin.
The family-of-three stayed in a secluded villa, protected from the public scrutiny and paparazzi, the local newspaper said.
A source told the Majorca Daily Bulletin: “No images have emerged of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and Archie, who stayed at a villa well away from the cameras.
“They travelled with security personnel, and it is reported that local security forces were not needed.”
The trip is believed to have taken place during the weekend of August 4, when Meghan turned 38.
Buckingham Palace told Express.co.uk they are not commenting on whether the trip happened or not.
Meanwhile, whilst away in the United States, Piers addressed his apparent weight two stone weight loss.
The ITV star shared an article with his Instagram and Twitter followers, which said it’s noticeable he has shed the pounds, due to his neck and face looking “slimmer”.
Expressing his shock at reading about his own weight loss, Piers captioned the snap: ““I have????!!”
He joked: “Wow, this is great news. My torso will be so surprised to hear it too. Thanks @woman___magazine!”
