Up to four inches of snow could blanket parts of south-east England this weekend, as temperatures plummet across the country. The Met Office has issued updated yellow snow and ice warnings for most of the country across Saturday and Sunday. The snow and ice warning continues into Monday for south-east England, as the Met Office has warned that Britons face days of disruption from the change in weather.
In particular, the Met Office has warned that freezing fog, sleet, and snow could spark travel chaos in parts of the country.

The warnings today and tomorrow cover Scotland as well as southeast Wales and southwest England
Meanwhile, the Arctic blast could send temperatures down to as low as -15C, according to the latest forecast.
